If AucklandMusic.com films your gig, this may be done for:

a) shared rights, or
b) a fee

There are conditions:

The music must be original and may be used in a shared risk shared profit basis with the copyright holders by online selling of the music and/or the finally produced live video tracks.

Any tracks sold in this way shall be accounted for by the site and artists/copyright holders are paid royalties annually. AucklandMusic.com retains rights to the video footage taken, but you or your band own the lyrics and words of your song and this is purely used with your permission for a period of years.
